Avoid Sun Exposure:

No Makeup for 24 Hours:
To allow your skin to fully breathe and recover, avoid wearing makeup for 24 hours after the procedure.

Hydrate Your Skin:
Use a gentle, hydrating moisturizer to replenish your skin. Consider products with hyaluronic acid, aloe vera, or ceramides to restore moisture and maintain skin barrier health.

Avoid Hot Showers or Saunas:
Avoid hot water, saunas, and steam rooms for 24-48 hours. These can lead to irritation or excessive dryness after dermaplaning.

Skip Harsh Exfoliation:
Do not use exfoliating products for at least 7 days after treatment. Your skin is more sensitive, and over-exfoliating could cause irritation or damage.

Be Gentle with Your Skin:
Avoid touching or picking at your face, especially any areas where you may experience redness or dryness. Be gentle when cleansing.

Avoid Retinoids for 3-5 Days:
Don’t use retinol or any harsh acne treatments for 3-5 days after dermaplaning to prevent irritation.

Use Soothing Products if Needed:
If your skin feels sensitive or dry, opt for soothing products like aloe vera gel or calming serums to reduce redness or inflammation.
