Ensure skin or scalp is clean and free of products prior to treatment
Avoid active irritation, infection, or sunburn
Inform provider of medications and medical history
Follow pre-care instructions for your primary procedure
Expect mild redness following treatment
Contact clinic with any questions prior to your appointment

Exosomes are applied immediately after your procedure (RF microneedling, or laser)
A sterile vial of Exosome Regenerative Complex+ (ERC+) is used
Product is gently applied and absorbed into the skin or scalp
No rinsing, allowing maximum absorption while microchannels remain open
EXO Balm is applied to support healing and barrier repair
Treatment is comfortable and performed in-office

Use a gentle cleanser only for the first 72 hours
Apply EXO Balm 2–3 times daily
Avoid retinol, acids, heat, sweating, and sun exposure for 3 days
After day 3, resume gentle skincare and add hydration

Avoid picking or irritating the treated area
