- Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. This promotion is open to legal residents of the applicable state. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. - Consultation Requirement
All winners are required to complete an in-person consultation prior to receiving any treatment. Treatment eligibility will be determined at the sole discretion of the provider. If a winner is deemed not suitable for treatment, an alternative service or option may be offered. - Prize Details
The giveaway includes one (1) SkinPen treatment and one (1) Botox treatment package (“the Prize”). The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value. - Redemption
The Prize must be redeemed within 30 days of the winner announcement. Appointment availability is subject to scheduling and clinic availability. - Medical Disclaimer
All treatments are subject to medical evaluation and approval. Results may vary. By accepting the Prize, the winner acknowledges and accepts all potential risks associated with cosmetic treatments. - Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Standard cancellation policies apply. Failure to provide proper notice or repeated no-shows may result in forfeiture of the Prize. - Promotion Period & Winner Selection
The winner will be selected and announced on Instagram on May 8th. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message. If the winner does not respond within 48hrs, an alternate winner may be selected. - Photo & Marketing Consent
By entering and/or accepting the Prize, participants and winners grant permission for the clinic to capture and use photographs, videos, and treatment results for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, including social media, website, and other digital or print materials. No compensation will be provided for such use. - Publicity Release
By accepting the Prize, winners agree to allow the clinic to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes, unless otherwise prohibited by law. - Liability Waiver
The clinic is not responsible for any adverse reactions, complications, or dissatisfaction resulting from treatments. Winners agree to release and hold harmless the clinic and its staff from any claims arising from participation. - General Conditions
The clinic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time. By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
