Gift Card Terms & Conditions
By purchasing or using any gift card, promotional credit, or services from Specialty Wellness (“Company”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. General Terms
Specialty Wellness provides aesthetic, wellness, and medical spa services subject to professional consultation, medical evaluation, and provider approval. All services are performed under licensed supervision where applicable.
2. Gift Cards (Purchased Value)
Validity: Gift cards purchased for value are valid for five (5) years from the date of purchase, in accordance with applicable federal and Texas law.
Use: Gift cards may be redeemed for eligible services and retail products at Specialty Wellness. All services are subject to consultation and medical appropriateness.
Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
Balance: Unused balances remain available until expiration.
03. Promotional / Bonus Credit
Definition: Promotional or bonus credit (“Bonus Credit”) is additional value provided free with the purchase of a Specialty Wellness gift card (example: “Buy $200, Get $25 Bonus Credit”).
Important: Bonus Credit expires forty-five (45) days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. Expiration terms are disclosed at the time of purchase.
Restrictions: Bonus Credit:
- Has no cash value
- Is non-transferable
- May be limited to eligible services or promotions
- May not be used to purchase additional gift cards
- Expires if not used within the promotional period
Separation of Funds: Purchased gift card funds and Bonus Credit are tracked separately. Purchased funds remain valid for five (5) years, regardless of Bonus Credit expiration.
04. Medical Services Disclaimer
All injectable treatments, laser services, IV therapy, skincare procedures, and other medical spa services are subject to:
- Licensed provider consultation
- Medical evaluation and eligibility determination
- Informed consent prior to treatment
Specialty Wellness reserves the right to refuse or modify services based on clinical judgment and patient safety.
05. Pricing and Availability
Service pricing, availability, and treatment options are subject to change without notice. Gift cards and credits will be applied based on pricing in effect at the time of service.
06. Refund Policy
All sales, including gift cards and promotional credits, are final. Refunds are not issued except where required by law.
07. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
Gift cards should be treated like cash. Specialty Wellness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use. Replacement may be considered only with valid proof of purchase.
08. Transferability
Gift cards may be transferred to another individual. However, all services remain subject to consultation and medical approval for the recipient.
09. Promotions and Discounts
Promotions and bonus offers:
- Cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
- May be modified or discontinued at any time
- May include limited-time expiration requirements
10. Prohibited Use
Gift cards and credits may not be used for:
- Gratuities
- Purchasing additional gift cards
- Any unlawful or prohibited purpose
11. Compliance with Law
Specialty Wellness complies with all applicable federal regulations and the Texas Business & Commerce Code regarding gift cards and consumer protections.
12. Changes to Terms
Specialty Wellness reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms apply to future purchases.
