Women's Intimate Health

Your Body After Childbirth, Menopause, or Time Deserves Its Own Conversation. Let's Have It.

Leaking when you laugh or feeling less like yourself? You don’t have to simply live with it or undergo surgery. At Specialty Wellness, we offer non-surgical, in-office treatments for women’s intimate health in a private, judgment-free setting. All treatments are provided under physician supervision by our experienced medical team.

Your Treatment Options

EmSella

EmSella is an FDA-cleared, non-invasive treatment that uses High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic (HIFEM) technology to stimulate deep, repeated contractions of the pelvic floor muscles, delivering the equivalent of thousands of Kegel exercises in a single 28-minute session. EmSella is FDA-cleared for the rehabilitation of weak pelvic floor muscles and the treatment of urinary incontinence in both women and men.

You remain fully clothed throughout treatment, simply sitting in the EmSella chair while it does the work. Most patients feel a strong, rhythmic muscle contraction rather than pain, and can resume normal activities immediately afterward.

FemiLift

FemiLift is a CO2 laser treatment applied to vaginal tissue, using gentle thermal energy to stimulate the body’s natural collagen response. It’s commonly used by patients interested in addressing vaginal tissue changes related to aging, childbirth, or menopause, as part of a broader intimate wellness plan.

FemiLift is not FDA-approved to treat vaginal atrophy, laxity, dryness, or sexual function. The FDA has specifically cautioned that no laser or energy-based device currently holds approval for these specific outcomes, regardless of how such treatments are sometimes marketed elsewhere. Your provider can discuss what FemiLift involves, what the evidence does and doesn’t show, and whether it’s an appropriate fit for your goals.

Your Treatment Experience

A private, judgment-free conversation, first

Your visit begins with a private, judgment-free consultation to discuss your concerns and health history. Depending on your goals, your provider may recommend EmSella, FemiLift, or a combination approach.

Key Benefits

Four reasons patients choose these treatments

Completely Non-Surgical

When Should I Consider These Treatments?

Is EmSella or FemiLift right for you?

EmSella may be appropriate if you experience urine leakage with coughing, sneezing, laughing, or exercise, frequent urges to urinate, or generalized pelvic floor weakness, often related to childbirth, aging, or menopause. FemiLift may be of interest if you’re exploring options related to vaginal tissue changes and want to discuss the evidence and realistic expectations with your provider directly.

Specialty Wellness offers non-surgical women’s intimate health treatments, including EMSELLA® and FemiLift®. Depending on individual needs, these treatments may address concerns such as pelvic floor weakness, urinary incontinence, vaginal dryness, and other intimate wellness concerns. A consultation helps determine which option may be appropriate.

EMSELLA uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic (HIFEM) technology to stimulate pelvic floor muscle contractions while you remain fully clothed. Strengthening these muscles may help improve bladder control and symptoms of urinary incontinence. Individual results can vary.

EMSELLA is a non-invasive treatment that focuses on strengthening the pelvic floor muscles, particularly for concerns such as urinary incontinence. FemiLift uses fractional CO₂ laser technology and is designed for vaginal tissue treatment. Your provider can discuss the differences, potential benefits, risks, and appropriate treatment options during your consultation.

EMSELLA typically requires no downtime, and patients can generally return to normal activities after treatment. Recovery recommendations for FemiLift may vary depending on the treatment performed. Your provider will give you specific pre- and post-treatment instructions.
