No. Both memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Gold has no fees at all to join or cancel. Platinum asks for a refundable $299 deposit at enrollment, returned in full after 11 months of membership.
There’s never a cancellation fee. If you cancel before your 11th monthly payment, the $299 deposit isn’t refunded — after that, it’s yours back in full whether you stay or go. Rejoining after a cancellation starts a new membership.
Platinum members get one free freeze every 12 months — great for travel or a busy season. Additional freezes are $50/month, and frozen months don’t count against the payments needed for your deposit refund.
Every 90 days, Platinum members receive a complimentary allotment — up to 70 units of Botox, 100 units of Letybo, or 200 units of Dysport, for FDA-approved facial areas, based on what’s clinically appropriate for you. Need more, or treatment on the body? Additional units are billed at $8.99/unit (Botox or Letybo) or $2.99/unit (Dysport).
