- Inform your injector if you:
- Are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive.

Following these steps ensures optimal results and minimizes side effects.
Immediately After Treatment (First 4 Hours)
- Do not lie flat for at least 4 hours after your injections.
- Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated areas. This includes applying makeup or skincare products.
- Avoid leaning forward or bending excessively.
- Stay upright and perform gentle facial expressions (frowning, smiling, raising eyebrows) every 10–15 minutes for the first hour. This helps the product bind effectively to your muscle receptors.
First 24 Hours
- Avoid strenuous exercise (light walking is fine).
- Do not consume alcohol or caffeine.
- Avoid tight headwear, baseball caps, or goggles that apply pressure to the treated area.
- Do not schedule facials, massages, saunas, steam rooms, or tanning beds for at least 24 hours.
First 48 Hours
- Continue avoiding:
- Intense exercise or excessive sweating.
- Heat exposure (hot yoga, steam, saunas, sunbathing).
- You may gently cleanse your face using mild, non-abrasive cleansers and pat dry — no scrubbing.
First 7 Days
- Avoid chemical peels, laser treatments, microneedling, or facial waxing.
- Minor redness, swelling, or small bumps at the injection site are normal and should subside within a few hours.
- Bruising may occur and can take 3–7 days to resolve; applying cold compresses for 10 minutes several times daily can help.
- Arnica or bromelain supplements may also reduce bruising and swelling.
Results and Follow-Up
- Neuromodulator results typically begin to appear in 3–7 days, with full results visible at 10–14 days.
- If you notice asymmetry or persistent muscle activity after 14 days, schedule a touch-up visit between days 14–21 for adjustment.
- Results generally last 3–4 months, depending on your metabolism, dosage, and treated area.
- Repeated treatments at consistent intervals help maintain smoother, longer-lasting results.

A Lip Flip is a subtle, non-surgical enhancement performed using Botox®, Dysport®, or Xeomin® to relax the muscles around the upper lip.
By gently relaxing the orbicularis oris muscle, the upper lip rolls slightly outward, creating the appearance of a fuller, more defined, and natural-looking lip shape — without adding volume.
This treatment is ideal for patients who want:
- A subtle, natural enhancement of the upper lip
- Less “gummy” smile appearance
- More visible upper lip when smiling
- Improved lip symmetry
Results appear gradually over several days and typically last 2–3 months..
1 Week Before Treatment
- Avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements (unless prescribed) to reduce the risk of bruising:

- Avoid alcohol and caffeine for 24 hours before your appointment.
- Do not schedule treatment within 2 weeks of a major event, as mild swelling or bruising can occur.
- If you have a history of cold sores (Herpes Simplex virus), notify your provider — antiviral medication (e.g., valacyclovir) may be prescribed as a preventive measure.
- Avoid dental work (cleanings, fillings, whitening) for 1 week before and after your Lip Flip.
Day of Treatment

- Eat a small meal or snack prior to treatment to avoid lightheadedness.
- Avoid intense exercise right before your appointment.
- Let your provider know if you:
- Are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy.

- Do not apply makeup, lipstick, or lip balm for 24 hours.
- Avoid intense exercise, saunas, or hot tubs for 24 hours.
- Avoid drinking through a straw or using suction for 24 hours, as this may interfere with the placement of the neurotoxin.

- Do not schedule dental work, facials, or massages for at least 1 week after treatment.
First Week
- Results begin to appear in 3–5 days, with full effects visible at around 10–14 days.
- You may notice a mild “tight” or “different” feeling when speaking, drinking, or smiling during this adjustment period — this is normal and temporary.
- Avoid excessive movement of the lips (whistling, sucking through straws, or smoking) for 24–48 hours to allow the neurotoxin to settle.
- Avoid laser or heat-based treatments near the treated area for 1 week.
RESULTS AND TREATMENT PLAN
- Visible improvement typically occurs within 1 week, with the lip appearing slightly fuller and more defined.
- Maximum results are seen at 2 weeks post-treatment.

EZ Gel PRF is a 100% natural regenerative filler created from your own blood.
It combines the healing properties of platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) — rich in growth factors and stem cells — with a unique gel-like consistency formed by gently heating and cooling your PRF.
The result is a natural bio-filler that restores volume, texture, and youthful glow while stimulating collagen and elastin production.
EZ Gel PRF is commonly used for:
- Under-eye hollows and dark circles
- Cheek and mid-face rejuvenation
- Nasolabial folds or marionette lines
- Fine lines around the mouth
- Neck and décolleté revitalization
Because it comes entirely from your own blood, there is no risk of allergic reaction or rejection.
1 Week Before Treatment
- Hydrate generously: drink at least 64 oz (2 liters) of water daily for 3–5 days prior.
Adequate hydration ensures optimal PRF yield and platelet concentration. - Avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements (unless prescribed):
- Aspirin, ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin), naproxen (Aleve), ginkgo biloba, garlic, flaxseed oil, fish oil, Vitamin E, or other essential fatty acids.
- These can increase bruising and bleeding.
- Avoid alcohol and caffeine for 24–48 hours before your appointment.
- Do not smoke or use nicotine products for at least 3 days before and after treatment; nicotine reduces platelet effectiveness and healing.
- Discontinue active skincare products (retinoids, acids, or exfoliants) 3–5 days before facial treatments.
- If treating under the eyes, come well rested and avoid salty foods the day before to reduce puffiness.
- If you have a history of cold sores (Herpes Simplex virus), inform your provider — antiviral prophylaxis may be recommended.

- Arrive with a clean face — no makeup, lotion, or sunscreen.
- Avoid heavy exercise immediately before your session.
- Inform your provider if you:
- Have been ill, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have an active infection.

- You may take Tylenol (acetaminophen) if discomfort occurs.
First 24–48 Hours
- Avoid:
- Strenuous exercise or sweating
- Hot showers, saunas, or steam rooms
- Direct sun exposure or tanning

- You may gently cleanse your face and apply light moisturizer as usual.
- Avoid active skincare products (retinoids, acids, or exfoliants) until day 5–7.
- Continue daily broad-spectrum SPF 50+ sunscreen to protect healing tissue.
- For under-eye or facial treatments, temporary unevenness or “firmness” is normal as PRF integrates and collagen remodeling begins.
After 1–2 Weeks
- Most swelling resolves fully.
- You’ll begin to notice skin softening, plumping, and brightening as new collagen and fibrin networks form.
- Results continue to improve gradually over the next 4–8 weeks.
- PRF remains active for up to 12 days, releasing growth factors that rebuild skin structure and elasticity.
⏳ RESULTS AND TREATMENT PLAN

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) treatments use your own blood’s natural growth factors to stimulate collagen production, accelerate healing, and rejuvenate tissue.
These regenerative therapies are used for skin rejuvenation, hair restoration, scar improvement, and sexual wellness (O-Shot / P-Shot).

Kybella is an injectable treatment used to target and reduce submental fat (under the chin). To ensure the best results and minimize potential side effects, it’s important to follow these pre-care instructions:
- Consultation and Medical History Review:
- Initial Consultation: Schedule a consultation with our medical team to assess whether Kybella is suitable for you. During this consultation, we will review your medical history and discuss any relevant health conditions, including thyroid issues or other concerns in the treatment area.
- Discuss Previous Treatments: Inform us about any previous cosmetic treatments in the area to be treated, as well as any history of facial surgeries or injections.
- Avoid Blood-Thinning Medications:
- If possible, discontinue blood-thinning medications (such as aspirin, ibuprofen, or other anti-inflammatory drugs) for 5-7 days before the treatment to minimize the risk of bruising. Always consult with your healthcare provider before stopping any medications.
- Avoid Alcohol and Recreational Drugs:
- Refrain from consuming alcohol for at least 48 hours before your appointment. Alcohol can increase the risk of swelling, bruising, and discomfort following the treatment.
- Avoid Strenuous Exercise:
- Avoid vigorous physical activity or exercise for at least 24 hours before your treatment. Intense activity can increase blood flow to the treated area, increasing the risk of bruising or swelling.
- Shave and Clean the Area:
- If necessary, shave the treatment area (under the chin) before your appointment to ensure a clean surface for the injections.
- Cleanse your skin thoroughly before arriving at your appointment to minimize the risk of infection.
- Inform Us of Any Allergies:
- Be sure to inform your provider of any known allergies, especially to deoxycholic acid, the active ingredient in Kybella. This ensures your safety during the procedure.
After receiving Kybella injections, follow these post-care instructions to maximize results and minimize discomfort:
- Expect Swelling and Bruising:
- Swelling, bruising, and tenderness are common side effects after Kybella treatment. These effects typically peak within the first 2-3 days and may last up to 1-2 weeks. Applying an ice pack wrapped in a cloth to the treated area for 15-20 minutes at a time can help reduce swelling and discomfort.
- Avoid Touching or Massaging the Treated Area:
- Do not massage, rub, or touch the treatment area for at least 24-48 hours post-treatment to avoid irritating the injected area and to allow the product to work effectively.
- Avoid Strenuous Activity:
- Avoid heavy physical activities or intense exercise for 24-48 hours post-treatment. This can help reduce the risk of further swelling and allow the treatment to settle effectively.
- Avoid Heat Exposure:
- Avoid saunas, hot tubs, or any heat treatments for at least 48 hours following treatment. Excessive heat can increase swelling and irritation in the treated area.
- Sleep with Your Head Elevated:
- Elevate your head with an extra pillow when sleeping for the first 2-3 nights. This can help reduce swelling and encourage a more comfortable recovery.
- Pain Management:
- You may experience mild discomfort or pain at the injection site. Over-the-counter pain relievers like acetaminophen can help alleviate any discomfort, but avoid anti-inflammatory medications (like ibuprofen) as they may increase bruising and swelling.
- Hydrate and Maintain a Healthy Diet:
- Drink plenty of water to support the body’s natural healing process and maintain hydration. A healthy, balanced diet can also promote skin recovery and overall well-being.
- Avoid Alcohol and Blood Thinners:
- Refrain from drinking alcohol or using blood-thinning medications (such as aspirin or ibuprofen) for 48-72 hours after the procedure to reduce the risk of bruising and swelling.
- Sun Protection:
- Since the treated area may be sensitive, apply sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher to the treated area daily, especially if you are outdoors. Minimize sun exposure as much as possible for 1-2 weeks after treatment to avoid irritation and further swelling.
- Follow-Up Appointments:
- Depending on the amount of fat being treated and your specific goals, additional Kybella sessions may be needed. A follow-up appointment will be scheduled to evaluate your progress and determine whether further treatments are necessary. Please keep your follow-up appointment for optimal results.
- Monitor for Severe Reactions:
- While side effects like swelling, bruising, and discomfort are normal, if you experience any severe reactions such as difficulty swallowing, numbness, severe pain, or signs of infection (e.g., fever, redness, pus), contact us immediately for further evaluation.

PDO (Polydioxanone) Thread Lift is a minimally invasive treatment that lifts and tightens sagging skin by stimulating collagen production. To ensure the best possible results and reduce the risk of complications, follow these pre-care instructions:
- Consultation and Health History Review:
- Initial Consultation: Schedule a consultation with our medical team to assess if PDO thread lifting is right for you. We will review your medical history, including any existing skin conditions, allergies, or other factors that could affect the procedure.
- Medications and Supplements: Inform us about any medications or supplements you’re currently taking, particularly blood thinners (such as aspirin, ibuprofen, or other anti-inflammatory medications), as they may increase your risk of bruising or bleeding during the procedure.
- Avoid Blood Thinners:
- Discontinue blood-thinning medications (such as aspirin, ibuprofen, or other anti-inflammatory drugs) for 7 days prior to your treatment. Always consult your doctor before stopping any medication.
- Avoid Alcohol and Caffeine:
- Refrain from consuming alcohol for 48 hours before your PDO thread treatment. Alcohol can increase the risk of bruising and swelling and interfere with the healing process.
- Avoid caffeine for 24 hours before your treatment, as it can increase sensitivity and may lead to more swelling or bruising.
- Avoid Smoking:
- Stop smoking for at least 48 hours before the procedure. Smoking impairs circulation, which can affect the healing process and the final results of your PDO thread lift.
- Shave or Cleanse the Area (if applicable):
- If the treatment area requires shaving or cleansing (such as the face), shave or cleanse the area before your appointment to ensure a clean treatment surface.
- Arrive with Clean, Makeup-Free Skin:
- On the day of your procedure, arrive with clean, makeup-free skin. This helps minimize the risk of infection and allows the practitioner to perform the procedure in a sterile environment.
- No Facial Treatments Prior:
- Avoid facials, peels, or other skin treatments at least 1-2 weeks before your PDO thread lift, as these treatments can irritate the skin and make it more sensitive.
After your PDO thread lift, following the correct aftercare will help ensure the best results, minimize side effects, and encourage proper healing. Here are the post-care instructions:
- Avoid Touching or Massaging the Treated Area:
- Do not touch, rub, or massage the treated area for at least 1 week after the procedure. This helps to avoid displacement of the threads and reduces the risk of infection.
- Avoid Strenuous Activity:
- Avoid vigorous exercise and strenuous physical activity for 7 days post-treatment. Excessive movement can put unnecessary strain on the treated area and may disrupt the threads.
- Avoid Heat Exposure:
- Avoid saunas, hot tubs, steam rooms, and excessive sun exposure for at least 1 week after treatment, as heat can cause the skin to swell or irritate the treated area.
- Sleep Position:
- For the first 5-7 nights, sleep on your back with your head elevated using pillows. This will help reduce swelling and prevent putting pressure on the treated area.
- Avoid Alcohol and Smoking:
- Avoid alcohol and smoking for at least 48-72 hours after the procedure to support the healing process. Both alcohol and nicotine can impair circulation and delay recovery.
- Cold Compress:
- Apply a cold compress to the treated area for 15-20 minutes at a time during the first 24 hours to reduce swelling and bruising.
- Avoid Facial Treatments:
- Do not have facials, peels, or laser treatments for 4-6 weeks after your PDO thread lift, as these treatments may disrupt the threads and affect the final results.
- Swelling, Bruising, and Tenderness:
- Swelling, bruising, and tenderness in the treated area are common after the procedure. These symptoms typically subside within 1-2 weeks. You can take over-the-counter pain relievers (like acetaminophen) to alleviate discomfort, but avoid anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen, as they may increase bruising.
- Avoid Dental Work or Facial Massages:
- Avoid dental work and any form of facial massage for at least 3-4 weeks after the procedure, as these activities can put pressure on the threads and cause discomfort or disrupt the results.
- Hydrate and Maintain a Healthy Diet:
- Drink plenty of water and eat a nutritious diet rich in vitamins and minerals that promote skin healing, such as vitamin C and zinc. This helps support collagen production and encourages the skin to heal smoothly.
- Monitor for Complications:
- While minor swelling and bruising are normal, contact us if you experience severe pain, infection (fever, redness, pus), or thread protrusion (threads visible under the skin). These may require medical attention.
- Results and Follow-Up:
- The full effects of PDO threads may take 4-6 weeks to fully appear as the collagen in the treated area builds. The results can last 6-12 months depending on the type of threads used, your lifestyle, and your body’s natural aging process. Follow-up treatments may be needed to maintain your results.

Scar Revision with LaseMD™ combined with RF Microneedling is an advanced, synergistic treatment designed to improve the appearance of acne scars, surgical scars, trauma scars, stretch marks, and uneven skin texture.
LaseMD™ is a non-ablative fractional laser that creates microchannels in the skin to stimulate collagen renewal and enhance absorption of regenerative topicals such as growth factors, exosomes, or PRP.
RF Microneedling delivers controlled radiofrequency energy deep into the dermis through insulated microneedles, promoting skin tightening, collagen remodeling, and scar softening from within.
Together, these technologies target both surface texture and deeper scar structure, resulting in smoother, firmer, and more even-looking skin. Proper pre- and post-care is essential to maximize results and ensure safe healing.

Laser Vein Removal is a non-invasive treatment designed to safely reduce the appearance of unwanted superficial veins, including spider veins and small reticular veins, most commonly on the face and legs.
The laser delivers targeted energy to the vein, causing it to heat, collapse, and gradually be reabsorbed by the body over time. Surrounding skin and tissue are preserved.
Laser vein therapy improves skin clarity and appearance with minimal downtime. Proper preparation and post-treatment care are essential to ensure optimal results, reduce side effects, and promote proper healing.

- You may resume wearing makeup after 24 hours if there is no redness or sensitivity.

After 3–5 Days
- You may resume your normal skincare routine (including retinol or acids) once skin feels fully healed and comfortable.
- Continue daily use of SPF 50+ sunscreen and antioxidant serums for long-term protection.

Proper aftercare is crucial for achieving clear, glowing, and even-toned skin while preventing complications such as hyperpigmentation or irritation.
Immediately After the Peel
- Your skin will feel tight and may appear red, tan, or slightly darker.
- Do not wash, touch, or apply anything to your face for at least 4 hours following application.
- Your provider will provide an at-home VI Peel Post Care Kit — follow the instructions carefully.
- Expect mild stinging or tingling for a few minutes post-application; this is normal and temporary.
First 24–48 Hours
- Do not wash your face or apply products until instructed in your peel kit.
- The peel solution must remain on your skin for a minimum of 4 hours (or overnight if instructed).
- Avoid exercise, sweating, or heat exposure for 72 hours after treatment (this includes saunas, hot tubs, or steam).
- Sleep with your head elevated the first night to reduce swelling.
Days 2–7: Peeling Phase
- Peeling typically begins on Day 2 or 3 and lasts for about 3–5 days.
- The skin will flake or peel in small sheets — do not pick, pull, or scrub the peeling skin. Allow it to shed naturally.
- Cleanse gently using the cleanser provided in your post-care kit and pat dry.
- Apply the Moisturizer and Post-Peel Protectant (VI Derm Post Peel Repair Cream) as directed to reduce dryness and irritation.
- Apply SPF 50+ sunscreen daily — this is essential to protect your new skin and prevent pigmentation.
- Avoid sun exposure and heat during the entire peeling process.
After Peeling Completes (Days 7–14)
- Continue gentle skincare — cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen only.
- Avoid retinoids, acids, or exfoliating products for at least 10–14 days.
- Makeup may be worn once peeling subsides and the skin feels smooth and comfortable.
- Your skin will look brighter, more even, and refreshed as new collagen production continues for several weeks.
RESULTS AND TREATMENT PLAN
- Initial improvement is visible once peeling subsides (typically after 7–10 days).
- Full results develop over 4–6 weeks, as new collagen forms and pigmentation fades.
- For best outcomes:
- Series of 3–6 peels spaced 4–6 weeks apart is recommended for deeper concerns such as acne scars, melasma, or fine lines.
- Maintenance peels every 3–6 months help sustain your glow and skin health.

Dermaplaning is a gentle, non-invasive exfoliation treatment that uses a sterile surgical blade to remove dead skin cells and fine vellus hair (“peach fuzz”) from the skin’s surface.
The result is instantly smoother, brighter, and softer skin with improved product absorption and a more refined complexion.
It can also enhance the effectiveness of facials, chemical peels, or laser treatments when performed in combination.
Dermaplaning is safe for most skin types, including sensitive skin, and has no downtime when performed properly.
5–7 Days Before Treatment
- Discontinue use of active skincare ingredients, including:
- Retinoids or retinol (Retin-A, Tretinoin)
- Alpha and beta hydroxy acids (AHA/BHA)

- Do not wax or use depilatories on the treatment area for 5–7 days prior to your appointment.
- Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning (including tanning beds and self-tanners) for at least 5 days before treatment.
- If you have active acne, cold sores, or open lesions, reschedule your appointment once the skin has healed.

- Shave the face only if instructed by your provider (most clients should not pre-shave).

Immediately After Treatment
- Your skin may appear slightly pink or feel tight and smooth — this typically subsides within a few hours.

- You may gently cleanse your skin after 6 hours using a mild, non-exfoliating cleanser and lukewarm water.

- Keep skin well hydrated with a fragrance-free, gentle moisturizer recommended by your provider.

- Makeup, if skin remains red or sensitive.

- If mild flaking occurs, do not pick or peel — this is a normal part of exfoliation.
After 3–5 Days
- Skin will appear more radiant, even-toned, and smoother as cell renewal continues.
- You may resume your normal skincare routine once the skin feels fully comfortable and calm.
- Continue daily hydration and sun protection to maintain your glow.
- For best results, schedule Dermaplane treatments every 4–6 weeks as part of your regular skincare maintenance plan.
COMBINATION TREATMENTS

Laser Hair Removal & Hair Restoration
Laser Hair Removal targets and destroys active hair follicles using concentrated light energy to provide long-term reduction of unwanted hair.
It’s a safe, effective treatment for most skin types and body areas when performed with proper preparation and aftercare.
Following these instructions helps ensure optimal results and minimizes side effects.
Two to Three Weeks Before Treatment
- Stop waxing, tweezing, threading, and chemical depilation (e.g., Nair or sugaring) at least 3 weeks before your session.
- These methods remove the hair follicle, which is necessary for the laser to target.
- Shaving is allowed and recommended — the hair root must remain intact beneath the skin.
- Clients who have used isotretinoin (Accutane) or similar medications in the past 6 months cannot undergo laser treatments due to skin sensitivity.
One Week Before Treatment
- Avoid all sun exposure, tanning beds, or self-tanning products for at least 7 days before treatment.
- If your skin is sunburned, tanned, or artificially bronzed, treatment must be delayed for at least 2 weeks.
- If you’ve used sunless tanning products, exfoliate thoroughly to remove residual pigment.
- Discontinue the use of active skincare products, including:
- Retinoids or retinol
- Alpha and beta hydroxy acids (AHA/BHA)
- Hydroquinone, benzoyl peroxide, or exfoliating scrubs
- Avoid chemical peels, facials, or other laser procedures on the area for at least 2 weeks before and after your treatment.
- Antibiotics may increase photosensitivity — consult your prescribing physician if you are currently taking one or plan to start.
- You must be off antibiotics for 7 days before treatment.
- Clients with abnormal moles, lesions, or suspicious spots on the treatment area should have them evaluated by their primary care provider before proceeding.
24 Hours Before Treatment
- Shave the treatment area closely within 24 hours of your appointment.
- This ensures the laser energy targets the follicle beneath the skin rather than surface hair, improving comfort and efficacy.
- Do not apply lotions, creams, deodorant, makeup, or sunscreen to the area on the day of your treatment.
- Avoid strenuous physical activity that increases body temperature or perspiration 2 hours before your session.
Day of Appointment
- Arrive with clean, product-free skin in the area to be treated.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing to avoid friction post-treatment.
- Inform your provider if you:
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Have recently started new medications.
- Have had recent sun exposure or tanning.
Immediately After Treatment
- It’s common to experience mild redness, swelling (follicular edema), or a sunburn-like sensation for several hours to a day.
- Apply cool compresses, ice packs, or pure aloe vera gel to soothe the skin.
- You may take Tylenol (acetaminophen) for mild discomfort; avoid NSAIDs (ibuprofen, aspirin) unless directed by your provider.
- Do not scratch, pick, or rub the treated area.
- If blistering or crusting occurs:
- Do not puncture blisters — they will heal naturally.
- Apply over-the-counter antibiotic ointment (e.g., Neosporin) until the skin fully heals.
First 48–72 Hours
- Avoid:
- Extended sun exposure or tanning.
- Hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, and long hot showers.
- Tight clothing or friction on the treated area.
- Seat warmers or heating pads.
- Use gentle cleanser and fragrance-free moisturizer as needed.
- Apply broad-spectrum SPF 30+ daily — sun protection is essential after all laser procedures.
First Week
- Avoid additional laser or chemical procedures on the treated area for at least 2 weeks post-treatment or until the skin is fully healed.
- Exfoliate the treated area gently 3–5 days after treatment to help loosen and shed treated hairs and minimize ingrown hairs.
- Avoid strenuous exercise, hot baths, or excessive sweating for 24 hours after treatment to prevent irritation and prolonged redness.
Shedding Phase (2–3 Weeks Post-Treatment)
- You may notice what appears to be new hair growth within 1–3 weeks — this is not new growth.
- These are treated hairs being expelled from the follicle.
- You may gently exfoliate or use a washcloth to help this process.
- Once shedding is complete, the treated area may remain smooth for several days to weeks until the next growth cycle begins.
RESULTS AND TREATMENT PLAN
- Hair grows in cycles, and only follicles in the active (anagen) phase can be targeted by the laser.
- For best results:
- Facial areas: schedule every 4 weeks
- Body areas: schedule every 6 weeks
- A series of 6–8 sessions is typically required for optimal permanent reduction.
- Maintenance sessions may be needed every 6–12 months depending on hair and hormonal factors.
- Shaving between sessions is allowed and encouraged; avoid waxing, tweezing, or threading during the treatment series.

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) treatments use your own blood’s natural growth factors to stimulate collagen production, accelerate healing, and rejuvenate tissue.
These regenerative therapies are used for skin rejuvenation, hair restoration, scar improvement, and sexual wellness (O-Shot / P-Shot).
Because PRP/PRF is derived from your own blood, it’s extremely safe, natural, and biocompatible — but proper preparation and post-care are vital to ensure optimal healing and results.
1 Week Before Treatment
- Hydrate well — begin drinking at least 64 oz (2 liters) of water daily for several days prior to treatment.
Hydration significantly improves the quality and yield of your plasma. - Avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements, unless prescribed:
- Aspirin, ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin), naproxen, ginkgo biloba, garlic, flaxseed oil, cod liver oil, fish oil, Vitamin E, and other essential fatty acids.

- Avoid retinoids, acids, and exfoliants on treatment areas (if for skin) for 3–5 days before your appointment.

- Let your provider know if you:

Lutronic Accufit™ is an advanced, non-invasive muscle stimulation system that delivers powerful electrical energy through precisely controlled waveforms to activate, engage, and strengthen muscles in a way that mimics natural movement.
It targets major muscle groups of the abdomen, glutes, thighs, arms, and flanks to help sculpt, tone, and define your physique — without surgery or downtime.
Each 30–45-minute session uses multi-directional energy patterns to contract muscles through multiple phases: twist, hold, grip, and tap — replicating natural muscle engagement for effective strengthening and definition.

- Avoid applying lotions, oils, or creams on the treatment area on the day of your session.

Alma BeautiFill™ is an advanced laser-assisted liposuction and fat transfer system that safely and efficiently removes unwanted fat while preserving the quality of live fat cells for reinjection and natural enhancement.
Using precision-controlled laser energy, BeautiFill™:
- Gently liquefies and extracts fat with minimal trauma
- Stimulates collagen and skin tightening in treated areas
- Allows purified fat reinjection to add volume to the face, breasts, hands, or buttocks
Results are long-lasting, natural-looking, and achieved with minimal downtime and scarring compared to traditional liposuction.
2–3 Weeks Before Procedure
- Complete your preoperative evaluation and discuss:
- Medical history, allergies, and all current medications or supplements.
- Any prior liposuction, cosmetic procedures, or surgeries.
- Discontinue blood-thinning medications and supplements (with physician approval):
- Aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, fish oil, Vitamin E, ginkgo biloba, garlic, or flaxseed oil.
- Stop smoking, vaping, or nicotine use at least 2 weeks before and after — nicotine restricts blood flow and delays healing.
- Avoid alcohol for at least 5 days prior to procedure.
- Maintain good hydration and a balanced diet rich in protein to optimize recovery.
- If you are planning a fat transfer, maintaining stable body weight before and after treatment is essential for long-term fat viability.
1–2 Days Before Procedure
- Arrange transportation: You will not be able to drive home if sedation or oral medication is used.
- Fill prescribed medications (antibiotics, pain relievers, etc.) in advance.
- Prepare compression garments as instructed by your provider — proper fit is crucial for recovery.
- Shower with antibacterial soap (Hibiclens or similar) the evening before and morning of procedure.
- Avoid lotions, oils, or creams on treatment areas.
Day of Procedure
- Eat a light meal at least 2–3 hours before your appointment unless otherwise directed.
- Wear loose, dark-colored clothing to allow easy access to treatment areas and manage potential fluid leakage.
- Arrive well-hydrated and without jewelry or makeup.
- Bring your compression garments with you.
- Your provider will mark treatment zones and discuss anesthesia options (local tumescent anesthesia, mild sedation, or oral anxiolytics).
Immediately After Procedure
- Mild swelling, bruising, and drainage from incision sites is normal and may last several days.
- You may experience tenderness or tightness in treated areas — this typically improves in 3–7 days.
- Wear compression garments continuously for 2–4 weeks (as instructed) to minimize swelling and help skin retraction.
- Do not remove compression garments for at least 24 hours unless otherwise directed.
- Ambulate lightly (walk) the same day to promote circulation and reduce risk of clots.
- Avoid hot showers or baths for 48 hours; use lukewarm water when permitted.
- Sleep on your back or in a position that avoids pressure on the treated and/or grafted areas.
For FAT TRANSFER RECIPIENT AREAS (Face, Breast, or Buttocks)
- Avoid direct pressure or compression on the transfer area for at least 2 weeks to protect grafted fat cells.
- For buttocks: Use a special BBL pillow when sitting or avoid prolonged sitting.
- For face or breast: Sleep on your back with head elevated.
- Do not massage, press, or ice the transfer area unless instructed.
- Mild unevenness or firmness is normal for 2–3 weeks as the fat stabilizes.
- Expect 30–40% of transferred fat to reabsorb naturally; the remainder will establish permanent volume over 2–3 months.
First 3–7 Days
- Take all prescribed medications (antibiotics, pain meds) as directed.
- Avoid strenuous exercise, bending, or lifting heavy objects.
- Continue wearing compression garments except when showering.
- Hydrate well — aim for 8–10 glasses of water per day.
- Eat high-protein meals to aid healing.
- If drainage pads are used, replace them as needed to keep the area clean and dry.
- Avoid alcohol and nicotine.
After 1–2 Weeks
- Bruising and swelling will start to subside.
- You may return to light exercise (walking, stretching) if cleared by your provider.
- Continue wearing compression garments as advised.
- Avoid exposure to heat (saunas, steam, hot tubs) for at least 3 weeks.
- Grafted fat cells begin to integrate — continue avoiding pressure or trauma to those areas.
After 4–6 Weeks
- Most swelling resolves, and initial results become visible.
- Resume normal physical activity unless otherwise instructed.
- Skin will continue to tighten and smooth over the next several months.
- For optimal body contouring, maintain a stable weight and healthy lifestyle — significant weight loss may reduce results.
RESULTS & FOLLOW-UP
- Early improvement is noticeable within 1–2 weeks; final results appear over 3–6 months as tissues fully heal and fat grafts stabilize.
- Fat transfer results are long-lasting with healthy lifestyle habits and stable weight.
- Your provider may schedule a follow-up visit at 1 week, 1 month, and 3 months to monitor progress.
- Additional sessions may be considered for contour refinement if desired.

Medical Weight Management
GLP-1 receptor agonists such as Semaglutide (Ozempic®, Wegovy®) and Tirzepatide (Mounjaro®, Zepbound®) are advanced injectable medications used for weight management, blood sugar control, and metabolic health.
They work by:
- Mimicking a natural gut hormone (GLP-1) that helps regulate blood sugar and appetite.
- Slowing gastric emptying, promoting early satiety, and reducing food cravings.
- Improving insulin sensitivity and lowering glucose levels.
When used under medical supervision with a balanced diet and physical activity, these medications are highly effective for long-term weight loss, improved metabolism, and cardiovascular health.
Before Starting GLP-1 Injections
- Discuss with your provider:
- Any history of thyroid disorders, pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, or gastrointestinal conditions.
- Current medications, including insulin, oral diabetes medications, or weight loss supplements, to avoid interactions.
- Any family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or MEN2 (Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia type 2) — GLP-1s are contraindicated in these cases.
- Fasting blood tests (glucose, A1C, liver/kidney panel, lipids) may be recommended before starting.
- Establish baseline weight, BMI, and waist measurements for tracking progress.
Day Before and Day of Injection
- Eat normally — fasting is not required.
- Stay hydrated, as dehydration can worsen nausea.
- Avoid alcohol and greasy, high-fat meals before your injection.
- Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to your abdomen, thigh, or upper arm (injection sites).
- If you are prone to nausea, your provider may recommend taking your injection with a small meal or in the evening.
Immediately After Injection
- Mild redness, itching, or tenderness at the injection site is normal and should resolve within a few hours.
- Do not rub or massage the injection area.
- Rotate injection sites each week (abdomen, thigh, arm) to avoid irritation or bruising.
- If bleeding occurs, apply gentle pressure with a clean gauze — do not use alcohol directly afterward.
Common Early Side Effects (First Few Weeks)
Mild side effects are common as your body adjusts, especially during dose increases:
- Nausea, fullness, bloating, or mild stomach upset
- Constipation or diarrhea
- Decreased appetite
- Fatigue or mild headache
These typically subside within a few days to weeks.
Tips to Minimize Side Effects:
- Eat smaller, more frequent meals (5–6 light meals per day).
- Eat slowly and stop when you feel full.
- Avoid greasy, fried, or heavy foods.
- Drink plenty of water throughout the day (at least 64 oz).
- Increase fiber intake (vegetables, whole grains) to prevent constipation.
- Avoid lying down for 1 hour after eating.
Dietary and Lifestyle Recommendations
- Prioritize protein in every meal to preserve lean muscle.
- Include fresh vegetables, fruits, and complex carbohydrates for balanced nutrition.
- Avoid carbonated beverages and high-sugar drinks.
- Limit alcohol, which can worsen nausea and affect blood sugar.
- Exercise regularly — aim for 150 minutes per week of combined cardio and strength training.
- Get 7–8 hours of sleep each night to support metabolic balance.
ONGOING CARE AND MONITORING
- Your provider will guide you through a gradual dose escalation to minimize side effects.
- Do not adjust your dose without medical guidance.
- Weigh yourself once weekly at the same time of day to track progress.
- Monitor hydration — signs of dehydration include dizziness, dark urine, or dry mouth.
- Report persistent nausea, vomiting, or abdominal pain immediately — these may indicate rare side effects such as pancreatitis or gallbladder irritation.
- Schedule follow-up visits every 4–6 weeks for evaluation, dosing adjustments, and progress tracking.
RESULTS AND MAINTENANCE
- Most patients begin noticing reduced appetite and early weight loss within 2–4 weeks.
- Steady, healthy weight reduction continues over 3–6 months, depending on dosage and lifestyle adherence.
- Full metabolic and body composition improvements occur over 6–12 months of consistent therapy.
- Once goal weight is achieved, your provider may recommend a maintenance dose to sustain results.

Intramuscular (IM) injections are a safe and effective method of delivering medications, vitamins, or supplements directly into the muscle tissue, allowing for faster absorption and higher bioavailability compared to oral administration.
Common IM injections may include vitamin B12, MIC injections, glutathione, hormone therapy, or other provider-recommended therapies.
Proper preparation and aftercare help reduce discomfort, bruising, and injection-site reactions while ensuring optimal therapeutic benefit.
Before Your Appointment
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the injection site (typically arm, thigh, or glute).
- Eat a light meal and hydrate well prior to your visit.
- Inform your provider if you are feeling ill, lightheaded, or unwell on the day of treatment.
